Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a new building near the hotel entrance and street, lacking soundproofing which led to disturbances from neighboring rooms. Despite this, the hotel offers a convenient location in Taormina.
I loved staying at the former private villa overlooking the sea, with views of Taormina on the other side. The rooms were excellent - large, comfortable, and all the tech you need, blended perfectly with the property's style. However, being close to the cars' entrance and just 5m from the street was a minor downside.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot, not far from the town center in Taormina. The rooms, although a bit cramped, are set in a new building without soundproofing, which can be disruptive. The outdoor area is sparse and shabby. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, being extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring Taormina, with easy walking access to various attractions and dining spots. However, the dining options were limited and not very satisfying.
The hotel has some pros like a great location near the center for easy access to dining options; however, the rooms lacked creature comforts and had poor soundproofing. The service was friendly but not very attentive. On the positive side, the location offers a sanctuary in the middle of the high-energy area with a tremendous view, but the dining experience was limited.
Upon arrival, the room was cozy with just windows that were a bit tricky to open. The small shaded outside area was quaint but led to a patchy garden. Its proximity to the street and entrance may affect comfort levels. The service during dinner was outstanding, with the amazing staff being friendly and attentive. The location, a short walk to the center of Taormina, offers breathtaking views. The dining experience, especially at breakfast, was a bit chaotic, but the rooftop restaurant atmosphere was delightful.
The hotel offers rooms with terraces but without views, decorated in a classical style, and boasts a nice breakfast in a rooftop restaurant. The service is attentive but discreet, and the location is superb, overlooking the sea on one side and aspects of Taormina on the other.
